We re-use as much as possible, all of the organic and non organic assets that are available to us.
Since it’s our most precious and valued resource, we use our water carefully. We have an internal ecosystem that re-uses water waste to irrigate plants. For this reason, we cannot use all types of soaps and shampoos, as they can be damaging for our growing vegetation.
If you’re planning to stay with us, we will provide you with soap and shampoo that doesn’t endanger our sphere and that keeps the ecosystem healthy.
To prevent pollution of groundwater and to avoid the general deterioration of water quality, we use dry toilets.
We use the sun as our main source of electricity. We collect it through solar panels that fulfill the needs of the farm.
There’s enough energy for every individual, but we understand it is not unlimited, especially on cloudy and rainy days. Please, keep this mind when you’re planning your stay with us.
Phones and laptops can be charged at the main house office. Keep your hairdryer at home.
We build with whatever we find around our house. Rocks, second hand wood, stuff from waste, closets, and all kind of all stuff!
We transform waste wood into masseters, old jeans into chair coverings and any item that’s considered as ‘garbage’ into something useful for the farm.
